Empowering Voices: Reflections From Triage

Our Navigators recently collaborated with service users to create an engaging audio art piece. This was a platform for our service users to share their honest stories about what they went through before finding support, what it was like getting help, and how things have changed for them since. Through a series of personal interviews, we captured their real voices and created an audio piece to bring the depth of their stories to life.

In the interviews, our service users talked about the loneliness, frustration and anger they felt before finding support. Many of them didn't know where to turn, and felt like other services had let them down. When they connected with our Navigators, they found someone who really listened and understood them, and they started to feel supported and less alone.

This audio piece is a chance to hear directly from the people who know our service best. It shows just how having someone there to listen, guide, and support can make a big difference. We hope you'll take a few minutes to listen to these real stories and get to know the journeys of those we've been able to help.
