Joining our 'Move and Mind' support group can be a powerful tool in your personal journey towards better physical health, mental wellbeing, and emotional resilience. Happening on the last Monday of every month from 12:00pm-01:00pm, via Zoom. This session is led by our amazing family worker Jade.
To sign up for this support group, please complete a referral using the form linked below. Our triage team will then give you a call and book you on.
