Join us for a mindful movement session with Jade, one of our amazing family practitioners.

What to expect: An enriching session of mindful movement, designed specifically for you. This gentle, restorative experience focuses on small movements, mindfulness, and breathing to foster relaxation and presence. Perfect for those new to movement practices, this session welcomes all fitness levels and abilities.

When: Every Monday afternoon at 1:00PM. (Starting Monday 8th July, 2024)
