Young People Bring Powerful Ideas to Life in NOLO Doors Project with Z-arts

Last week, Oasis Greater Manchester partnered with Z-arts to launch the first creative brainstorm session for our #NOLO Doors Project - and we're so excited about what's ahead!

This session formed part of a fantastic week of work experience for Year 10 pupils, led by Gilly Balfour. The young people brought thoughtful, creative perspectives to the project, exploring themes of inclusion, belonging, and opportunity - and their ideas are already shaping something really powerful.

The Doors Project is a creative initiative created by our Oasis GM Navigators and Oasis GM PACS teams to raise awareness for Oasis's No One Left Out (NOLO) campaign. Launched to mark 40 years of Oasis, NOLO is our commitment to tackling exclusion and ensuring no young person is left behind.

Across the UK, young people, alongside community partners, are designing and transforming real doors that represent the barriers they face and the futures they deserve. Each door will tell a story, and together they will form a powerful visual statement about the need for inclusion and opportunity for all.

We're thrilled to have the support of Z-arts with this project and are looking forward to working more closely together to support young people across Greater Manchester.
